New England Parkinson鈥檚 Ride

Students from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine volunteered at the New England Parkinson鈥檚 Ride on September 9, 2017.

The ride, which had 50 and 100-mile routes, saw an estimated 1,000 cyclists from all across the country. Students from osteopathic honor and service society Sigma Sigma Phi sponsor a rest stop each year for the ride. This year, that rest stop was located at St. Andre Health Care Facility just down the road from 91制片厂鈥檚 Biddeford campus. Members of the Student American Academy of Osteopathy (SAAO) provided osteopathic manipulative treatment on riders at the finish line.
